The Beach Break is a thoughtfully remodeled vacation home designed for couples and small families of up to four guests. You’ll have a comfortable place to sleep, a fully equipped kitchen, modern conveniences, and the practical extras that make a beach vacation easier.

    Rest comfortably in a king-size bed with soft cotton linens and extra pillows. The living room includes a queen-size sleeper sofa with a comfortable mattress topper for additional guests.

  2. Kitchen & Dining

    Prepare anything from a quick breakfast to a full dinner in the fully equipped kitchen. It includes a full-size refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, drip coffee maker, Keurig, toaster, cookware, dishes, and a dining table.

  3. Bathroom & Laundry

    The modern bathroom features an oversized walk-in shower with a rain showerhead, fresh towels, and a starter supply of essentials. An in-unit washer and dryer make longer stays—and sandy beach days—more convenient.

Everyday Comforts

Stay connected with fast Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace. Central air conditioning keeps the home comfortable, while two smart TVs make it easy to stream a movie or watch the game.

Relax on the private shaded patio, with on-site parking available for up to two vehicles. Beach chairs, an umbrella, a beach cart, a cooler, and beach towels are provided, so you can pack lighter and enjoy an easier beach day.
The Beach Break is personally managed by us, Max and Natalia, not by a large rental company. We put a great deal of care into preparing the home and are available if you need help before or during your stay.
