We purchased the home in 2022 and renovated it ourselves. Max has worked in construction for many years, so every improvement, repair, and update receives a lot of attention and care. This is not an investment property managed from a distance. It is a place we know well and continue to enjoy ourselves.

Some of our favorite things about this part of Florida are the sunsets over the Gulf, the quiet residential streets, the white sand beaches, and the relaxed atmosphere that keeps bringing us back. It is also a special place for our family. Our son was born during the years we have owned and cared for this home, which makes The Beach Break even more meaningful to us.

We love sharing this corner of Panama City Beach with visitors and are always happy to recommend beaches, restaurants, coffee shops, and local favorites.
