We're Natalia and Max, the owners of The Beach Break.
We purchased the home ourselves, renovated it, furnished it, and continue to make improvements every year. We still spend time here ourselves, so maintaining the home is personal to us.
When you stay at The Beach Break, you'll be communicating directly with us. There are no property managers or call centers in between. Whether you have questions before your trip, need local recommendations, or need help during your stay, we're easy to reach.
The home is professionally cleaned before every arrival, and all linens and towels are professionally laundered. A starter supply of essentials is provided to help make your arrival easier.

Bedroom
The private bedroom is set up for a real night’s sleep, not just a place to drop your bags. It has a king-size bed with a soft pillow-top mattress topper, high-quality cotton linens, extra pillows, and a spacious walk-in closet for clothing and luggage.
Guests often mention the comfortable bed, quality bedding, and how well they sleep here. There is also a smart TV in the bedroom if you want to stream a show, watch a movie, or relax in bed after the beach.
For families traveling with a baby, a foldable mini crib, 38 x 24 inches, is available. Please bring your own crib sheets.
A spacious walk-in closet with plenty of room to unpack and settle in, whether you're staying for a weekend or a few weeks.
The living room is bright and open, with large windows, comfortable seating, and a queen-size sleeper sofa for additional guests. We also provide a mattress topper for the sofa bed, so it feels more like a real sleeping space when used overnight.
There is a large smart TV for streaming, movie nights, or watching the game after a beach day. High-speed Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace are also available if you need to check in with work during your stay
Living Room
The living room is bright and open, with large windows, comfortable seating, and a queen-size sleeper sofa for additional guests. Since sofa beds are not always the most comfortable option, we provide a soft memory foam topper to create a more supportive, bed-like sleeping surface.
There is a large smart TV for streaming, movie nights, or watching the game after a beach day. High-speed Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace are also available if you need to check in with work during your stay.
Kitchen & Dining
The kitchen is set up for easy meals at home when you want a slower morning or a quiet evening in. You can make coffee, prepare breakfast before the beach, keep drinks and snacks cold, or put together a simple dinner after a full day outside.
A full-size refrigerator gives you room for groceries and beach-day essentials, while the dining table works for meals, laptops, board games, or planning the next day's adventures.
The kitchen is stocked with cookware, dishes, glassware, serving bowls, cutting boards, kitchen utensils, and the everyday essentials needed for real cooking, not just reheating takeout.
Guests also have access to filtered drinking water through an 11-stage reverse osmosis filtration system, along with a starter supply of dishwasher pods, dish soap, paper towels, coffee pods, salt, and pepper to help make arrival a little easier.
Bathroom
The bathroom features an oversized walk-in shower that guests mention again and again in their reviews. It is large enough to feel comfortable for two people and especially helpful for families who need more room when bathing a child.
Fresh towels are provided, along with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, makeup remover, a dedicated makeup towel, and a quality hair dryer. The rain shower head and starter bathroom essentials make it easy to settle in after the beach or get ready for the day without rushing to unpack everything at once.
Laundry
A full-size washer and dryer are located inside the home and available throughout your stay. Having laundry in the unit makes it easy to keep up with beach towels, swimsuits, workout clothes, and everyday laundry without leaving the property.
Many guests staying for a week or longer appreciate being able to pack lighter and wash clothes as needed. It's also especially convenient for families with children, who often find themselves going through more towels, swimsuits, and clothing than expected during a beach vacation.
Private Patios
The Beach Break has two second-floor patios connected to the guest living space. One has a dining table for four, and the other has seating for two, so you can use them differently throughout the day.
It works well for morning coffee, outdoor meals, a quiet glass of wine in the evening, or a round of cornhole outside. Guests also mention the patios in reviews, especially the shaded patio and the back deck with string lights.
Because the home sits in a quiet residential area rather than a large resort complex, the patios feel calm and private without being cut off from the beach.
Beach Gear
You do not need to pack the bulky beach basics. The home includes beach chairs, beach towels, an umbrella, a cooler, and a wagon for the short walk to the water.
The wagon is especially helpful when you want to bring everything in one trip: towels, drinks, snacks, chairs, and kids’ beach toys. It keeps the beach setup simple, which matters more than it sounds when the sand is only a few minutes away.
Parking
The Beach Break offers plenty of on-site parking directly in front of the home. There is enough space for multiple vehicles, including larger trucks and SUVs.
