We stayed at the Beach Break property for the weekend, and it absolutely exceeded our expectations! We were able to get checked in as soon as the space was ready, which was perfect because we had gotten in town early! Everything we needed to make our stay as comfortable as possible was available and the space was absolutely gorgeous. We will be returning guests!

“The Beach Break is up there as one of the best Airbnb’s I’ve ever stayed in. It always starts with the host: Natalia was so quick to respond to any questions we had but also gave thorough details on the space that answered most of them! Her Airbnb is tucked away in the cutest beach-y neighborhood, about a 5 or so minute walk to the water. It was convenient the place had a wagon, chairs, etc too. Nearby was The Carousel store to stock up on any food or goods too! The home itself was clean, very spacious, and had all we needed for our 4 day stay from the washer/dryer, hose to clean off sand, and a jack & jill sink to allow us to get ready without the worry of bumping into each other. It was the little things thoughtfully added into the space that made it so convenient and comfortable to be in. We will absolutely be back for a second stay!”

“Natalia was extremely responsive and answered very quickly. The description given by Natalia of the space was accurate. The house was within walking and driving distance of multiple amazing views and plenty of things to do. “What a lovely house. Very bright and located in a quiet area. The walk to the beach every day was awesome. Close to restaurants, pier, shops. The cart with the umbrella, chairs, towels, and cooler was great. We saw a turtle, a spotted eagle ray, and tons of fish. Will definitely get some next time when we return.”

“So close to such beautiful beach! If you don’t want to walk there is beach access with parking. Kitchen well stocked, local grocery store near by. Covered porch great for a rainy beach day. Felt very safe! Comfort bed. Work space if you need it. Beach gear. Short drive to 30A. Host offered suggestion when I asked. This trip was one of my top five in my fifty plus years! I hope I get the opportunity to visit this space again!”

“Hubby and I had a relaxing, enjoyable vacation at Natalia’s beach house! The house is clean and made us feel very comfortable, easy to relax and enjoy the space. Nice to sit on the porch at the end of the day! The bed was extremely comfortable and the bathroom is huge, loved the shower! Was great having the umbrella and beach chairs available to use. And nice to have option to walk to beach with the wagon or drive with plenty of places to park at the beach. Natalia responded very quickly when I reached out for some guidance. Would highly recommend this house for a beach vacation!”

“Great value! If you are looking for a clean private space close enough to the beach this is the place. The shower was the highlight, plus the back deck felt private enough to relax. Big TV for movies. I will return if I’m coming this way.”

“I had such a wonderful stay here on my solo trip! The house was absolutely spotless and felt so fresh and welcoming the moment I walked in. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the pillows were amazing. I usually travel with my own pillow and forgot it this time, but I slept so well every night. The neighborhood felt very safe and quiet, which made it perfect for a relaxing getaway. The public beach access is just an easy 5-minute walk, and one of the best parts is that there’s also public parking right at the beach, which makes everything so convenient. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!”

“We’re from Tennessee and come to Florida often. This has been one of our favorite stays yet. It’s the perfect mix of comfort, convenience, and calm. We can’t wait to come back. The neighborhood is quiet and the paths to the beach were wagon-friendly. There’s even beach parking close by, which was super convenient on long beach days. The house itself was spotless and beautifully renovated. Comfortable bed and sleeper sofa. A spacious shower. The kitchen had everything we needed for quick family meals and a nice dishwasher. Our favorite spot was the shaded patio where we could sit and relax while the kids played. In the evenings, we’d unwind on the cozy balcony under the string lights once the kids were asleep.”

“Our family of four had the best time here. The walk to the beach was safe and easy, even with little ones, and we loved that the beach itself was peaceful and never crowded. The house was spacious and spotless. The beds and linens felt luxurious, and the AC kept everything perfectly cool after long beach days. The large deck became our favorite hangout spot for snacks and sunsets. The big washer and dryer made it easy to keep up with towels and swimsuits. We also enjoyed being able to walk to local cafés in the mornings and take short drives along 30A for little family adventures. Natalia was friendly, responsive, and flexible with check-in.”

“We had such a wonderful stay in Panama City Beach. My wife, two kids, and I felt right at home. The house was very spacious, the bed was comfortable, the HVAC was quiet. Parking was easy, and the beach access couldn’t have been better. You can literally see the beach from the driveway, and the access point is just steps away. The host even provided beach gear, which made things super convenient for our family. The house was very clean, and you can tell they recently did renovations. It felt fresh and updated. The wide shower was fantastic. We also enjoyed exploring the area with the kids. Our family had a great time exploring local attractions like the Upside Down House, the Pirate Show, and a dolphin show. Overall, it was a great spot for a family beach vacation, and we would definitely recommend it!”

“Me and my girlfriend took a day trip to PCB, and this house was literally perfect for us! It felt private and quiet, with a cozy and romantic atmosphere. We especially loved the back patio which has string lights. It was such a nice spot to sit, drink some wine and relax together in the evening. Inside, the house was spacious and comfortable, with a huge bathroom and a walk-in shower that felt like a luxury. In the morning, we walked to a nearby donut shop for breakfast, and in the evening we enjoyed local spots within walking distance, so it’s a great place, close to all we needed. The location was also convenient with Publix and Aldi, which made it easy to grab anything we needed. Overall, it was a relaxing little getaway. We’d definitely come back!”

“We had such a fun girls’ trip to Panama City Beach. The location was perfect. Just a short walk to the beach. Unlike the areas with high-rise condos, where it’s packed and hard to even find a spot on the sand, this beach has no buildings directly on it. That means no crowds. Even on Labor Day weekend we felt like we had the beach practically to ourselves. It was so relaxing to spend our mornings out there. In the evenings, we took quick Uber rides over to 30A, which was super close and full of great restaurants and cute shops. It made the trip feel like the best of both worlds: peaceful days on the beach and fun nights out.”
